Unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 60 days of delivery. Opened or used cartridges and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.

Common questions

Can opened cartridges be returned?

No. For hygiene and safety, opened, used, or seal-damaged products cannot be returned.

When are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is inspected.

At TBPHP, we believe every microneedle pen should bring you joy and confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle free return and refund process under certain conditions.

You have 60 days from the date you receive your product to decide whether to return it. Beyond 60 days, we cannot accept returns.

• Microneedling devices are personal care tools. To protect the health of every user, returned products must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in original condition – visual inspection only, no actual use.
• Original packaging and seal intact – once the seal is broken, returns are not accepted
• All accessories, manuals, and gifts included.

We recommend inspecting the product and packaging before breaking the seal. Breaking the seal indicates acceptance.

Returns cannot be accepted if:

• Opened or used
• Seal sticker damaged
• Missing accessories or damaged packaging
• Beyond 60 days
• Clearance items (marked at checkout)

Step 1
Contact us at  xinxin@tbphp.shop   with your order number and reason.
Step 2
After review, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.
Step 3
Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization.
Step 4
Send the tracking number to our support team.

Within 60 days, send an email to xinxin@tbphp.shop with your order number and the reason for the return, so that we can follow up.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
• Refund goes back to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless due to product defects.
• Any customs duties or clearance fees for international orders are non‑refundable.

Contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective product. We will replace or repair it for free. All products come with a 1‑year limited warranty (excluding user damage).
