M1 Pen Specifications and Kit Contents

The current M1 has USB-C charging, seven speed levels, and an adjustable depth range of 0.25–2.5mm. The adjustment range is a device specification, not a recommendation to use every setting at home or on every area. Silver and Pink kits each include the pen, a USB-C charging cable, a user manual, and 12 cartridges: six 12-pin and six 36-pin heads. Choose Compatible Replacement Cartridges

M1 replacement cartridges are available in 12-pin, 24-pin, 36-pin, 42-pin, and Round Nano formats. They are sold separately in 10-packs. Choose a cartridge explicitly listed for TBPHP M1; cartridges listed for other pen models are not interchangeable simply because they look similar. The cartridge specifications page explains the listed formats and model compatibility.

Pin count identifies a cartridge format. It does not, by itself, establish suitability for a skin concern, a treatment depth, or a particular person. Follow the M1 instructions and seek qualified professional guidance where needed.

Professional and At-Home Use

M1 is offered for professional and at-home use. Follow the user manual, safety warnings, and applicable local requirements. Avoid the eye area. Use a new cartridge for each session and do not reuse or share cartridges. Do not use a cartridge if its packaging is damaged. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability or unexpected skin reactions; this category page does not provide an individual treatment protocol.

Charging, Care, and Support

The current M1 uses USB-C. The legacy USB-A to 2.5mm DC charging cable sold elsewhere in the shop is for older compatible devices and is not the charging cable for this version. Follow the manual for cleaning, charging, and storage. If a component fails or the pen will not charge, contact support with the order details and model information before attempting repairs.

Returns and Limited Warranty

Return requests may be made within 60 days of delivery for unused products with original packaging and seals intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned under this return policy. All products have a one-year limited warranty; consult the Returns & Refunds policy for conditions and the claim process. Contact support about a suspected defect rather than assuming an automatic replacement.

Which cartridge comes with the standard kit?

The standard kit contains six 12-pin and six 36-pin cartridges. Other M1 formats can be ordered separately.

Does the depth range tell me which setting to use?

No. The 0.25–2.5mm range describes the device adjustment. Follow the manual and qualified guidance for suitability and use.

Can I reuse a cartridge?

No. M1 cartridges are single-use and must not be shared. The pen is reusable subject to its care instructions.
