Standard Shipping 7-19 business days.
The above delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, excluding order processing time (usually 1-2 business days). Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, holidays, and force majeure.
Peak Season Notice: During shopping peaks, delivery may be extended by 7-15 days. We recommend placing your order in advance.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• *Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation (Mon-Fri). Weekends and holidays orders are processed the next business day.*
• Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.
• *Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 14:00 (Beijing time) on business days will be processed the same day.*

Order Tracking

• You can track your package via:
• Go to the header of our official website, click ‘Orders Tracking’, and enter the tracking number you received from us.
• Tracking milestones: Picked up → In transit → Departed/Export customs → Arrived in destination country → Customs clearance → Out for delivery → Delivered.

If no tracking update for over 7 days, please contact our customer service.

Lost & Damaged Parcels

Damaged Parcel: Please provide photos of the outer box and damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Parcel: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or pickup points. If confirmed lost, contact us and we will reship or refund after verification.

TBPHP is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses or failure to pick up the parcel in time.

Address Change

Address changes can be made within 1 hour after placing the order. Once the order is packed or shipped, changes are not possible. Please contact the carrier directly for redirection (fees apply).
