Microneedling Cartridge Specifications
TBPHP M1 cartridges are available in 12-pin, 24-pin, 36-pin, 42-pin, and Round Nano configurations. They are designed for the TBPHP M1 microneedling pen, and compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

Standard Microneedling Cartridge Specifications
All TBPHP cartridges are manufactured in-house, with full EO sterilization per ISO 11135. Each batch is documented with 47-point production records and SPC data available upon request.
Standard Models
- TB-12N: 12 needles, 0.25-2.5mm, 316L stainless, hexagonal array, universal hub
- TB-36N: 36 needles, 0.25-2.5mm, 316L stainless, hexagonal array, universal hub
- TB-42N: 42 needles, 0.25-1.5mm, 316L stainless, dual-row hexagonal, universal hub
- TB-100N: 100 needles, 0.15-0.5mm, 316L stainless, high-density hexagonal, nano hub
