OEM/ODM Process – From Brief to Production

How We Work With OEM Partners

Our OEM process is designed for professional aesthetic-device distributors, aesthetic clinic chains, and skincare brands that need reliable microneedling cartridges under their own brand.

Step 1: Requirements Brief

You provide: target needle geometry, needle count, array layout, hub design preferences, packaging requirements, and estimated annual volume. We provide: feasibility assessment, tooling cost estimate, and development timeline.

Step 2: Samples and Validation

We produce first-article samples from prototype tooling. Samples are shipped with dimensional measurement reports, needle tip SEM micrographs, and insertion force test data. Typical sample cycle: 15-25 working days.

Step 3: Production Tooling

Upon sample approval, production molds and fixtures are manufactured. Tooling lead time: 20-30 working days. Tooling is owned by the OEM partner after payment.

Step 4: Pilot Production

A pilot run of 1,000-5,000 units validates the production process. All 47 QC checkpoints are documented. The pilot batch goes through full sterilization validation.

Step 5: Mass Production

Production runs at 50,000-200,000 units per batch depending on the model. SPC data is collected and shared. Each batch includes a certificate of analysis and certificate of sterility.

Step 6: Logistics

Shipment via air or sea freight. Full customs documentation package including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, sterilization certificate, and customs clearance support.

Typical Timeline

• Samples: 3-4 weeks
• Tooling: 4-6 weeks
• Pilot: 2-3 weeks
• First mass production: 4-6 weeks after pilot approval
• Total: 30-45 days after sample and tooling approval
