Cartridge packaging and processing: Check the product label and applicable sterilization information for a cartridge supplied as sterile. These requirements are separate from electronic handpiece assembly.
Inspection: Review the sample, agreed acceptance criteria, and available product or batch records before approving an order.

How soon will my order be shipped?

In-stock online orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Custom samples and OEM/ODM orders follow the agreed development and production schedule.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 1 hour by contacting customer service. Cancellation is not possible once packed or shipped.

Why is customs clearance taking so long?

Customs inspection usually takes 1-5 business days. If no progress for over 7 business days, please contact us.

Which needle cartridges are compatible with the M1?

The M1 uses a dedicated cartridge interface. Cartridges from other brands or models are not compatible with the M1.

TBPHP lists CE, UKCA, and RoHS documentation. Request the documents applicable to your selected product model and destination market, and review their scope before ordering. Do not assume that documentation for one model covers every product.

What is the OEM/ODM MOQ?

OEM/ODM MOQ varies by project. As a reference, the homepage starts at 100 pens or 10,000 cartridges, and the final MOQ depends on product configuration and customization scope.

Can you do private label or custom packaging?

Yes. Logo engraving, cartridge configuration, blister film, and outer box printing can be reviewed for the selected product. Available options and MOQ depend on the model and project requirements.

Do you offer a warranty?

Products come with a 1-year limited warranty excluding user damage, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective product. For questions about coverage for a specific item, contact TBPHP before ordering. Single-use cartridges must not be reused.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. TBPHP ships worldwide. Standard shipping is listed at 7-19 business days from the shipment date, and customs or peak-season delays may extend delivery.
