How does TBPHP ensure the quality and sterile standards of its microneedling products?

Quality control is the bedrock of TBPHP’s manufacturing. Every single microneedling cartridge and device undergoes rigorous factory inspection:
Medical-Grade Materials: We use only biocompatible surgical stainless steel / titanium and food-grade polycarbonate plastics.
100% Sterile Packaging: All cartridges are individually sealed in medical blister packs and undergo EO (Ethylene Oxide) Gas Sterilization before shipment.
Factory Direct Testing: Each batch of electric microneedling pens passes a 100% motor stability and battery endurance test to guarantee consistent RPM and needle stroke depth.

Why is customs clearance taking so long?

Customs inspection usually takes 1-5 business days. If no progress for over 7 business days, please contact us.*

Which ink cartridges on the market are compatible with the M1?

The M1’s needle design is unique; ink cartridges from other brands on the market are not compatible with the M1.
